Kayla Itsines' BBG 1.0 and 2.0 training programs are available for purchase as eBooks and can also be found within the Sweat app. Since releasing BBG 2.0 on both platforms, Kayla has added even more weeks worth of workouts to BBG that can be found exclusively within the Sweat app!
Both platforms provide similar workouts, however you'll find a number of extras in the Sweat app that could improve your BBG experience!
Sweat is an interactive application that will allow you to access all your workouts and advice in one location - anytime, anywhere! You'll find a number of features that offer a more tailored and personalised BBG experience, including:
- Shopping list
- Progress photos
- Trainer audio, and so much more!
In the Sweat app, you will also have access to more programs, such as Kayla's gym focused program, BBG Stronger.
If you have subscribed to the Sweat app to access BBG, you do not need to purchase Kayla's BBG eBooks on top of this. However, please note that purchasing one will not provide access to the other.
If you prefer a hard copy of the program, you may find the eBooks more suitable, as you can save and print them!
