To maintain the results you've gained, make sure to keep up with your healthy eating and regular exercise. A great way to do this is to repeat Weeks 18-24 and create your own circuits from workouts shown in the guides you already own.
We have found that the BBG Community will often repeat the full 24 weeks, or create their own circuits - taking inspiration from the workouts found across the entire 24 weeks!
To increase the intensity, we recommend setting yourself new goals and even by incorporating heavier weights for the exercises, to continue building your strength.
