To maintain the energy, physical results and mental results you will need to keep up with healthy eating and exercising!
As you would probably know, currently eBooks will only provide Weeks 1-24 (BBG 1.0 and 2.0). You’ll find the first two editions, BBG 3.0 and beyond on the SWEAT app!

Please keep in mind, it is not recommended to start the second guide until you have completed the previous guide and feel capable and confident with your training.
Alternatively, we recommend to repeat the number of sessions recommended from Weeks 18-24, and create your own circuits from workouts shown in the guides you already own!
Many BBG girls will often repeat the full 24 weeks, or will create their own circuits taking inspiration from the workouts found across the entire 24 weeks.
To increase the intensity we recommend to set yourself new goals and use heavier weights during exercises to continue to build your strength.
Remember this is a life change, and a lifestyle to maintain long-term! It is up to you to continue on this new healthy and happy path :)
