Kayla’s BBG program specialises in helping females attain the 'bikini body' look, which is characterised by strength while also maintaining a lean appearance.
For this reason, the guides have been written to meet the health and fitness needs of women only.
Currently, we do not have any male trainers to provide recommendations.
However, we have had some reports of men achieving great results from using the BBG program! In this instance some alterations will need to be made to the program to better suit. For example, an increase in weighted equipment.
Men generally require more calories than women and can also have different nutrient requirements. We would recommend men consider their daily nutrition and consult a healthcare professional to make sure they are providing themselves with the required nutrients.
