Following your eBook purchase, you will be sent a download link to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Please note that you will have 24 hours to download your eBook.
Saving my eBook
You will need to download a PDF-friendly application such as DropBox or iBooks to successfully save and access your eBook.
Once you have installed an application, please follow the below steps to save your new purchase:
- Select the link provided in your confirmation email- please wait patiently, downloading may take a while! If you are unable to access the download link, the link may have expired. If this is the case, please contact our Support Team.
- Once your eBook is open on your device, tap anywhere on the screen. This will prompt more options to open on the screen.
- Select the 'Open in...' option and select the DropBox or iBooks icon. This will open a new window.
- Select 'Save' in the top right-hand corner.
You are now ready to start your fitness journey!

Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?
Please allow up to 24 hours to receive a confirmation email. If after this time you still have not received this email, it could be due to one or more of the following reasons:
- Payments made via PayPal: If you have purchased your eBook using PayPal, your purchase could be associated with your PayPal email address. Therefore, a confirmation email will be sent to that particular email address.
- Misplaced in spam/junk folder: Please ensure to check your spam/junk mail folders in case you have these filters enabled in your email settings.
- Incorrect email address: At the time of purchase, an incorrect email address may have been used. If you believe this to be the case, please reach out to our Support Team.
- eCheque: If you have paid with PayPal, using an eCheque, it may take between 3-5 business days for this to clear. You should then receive an email confirmation shortly after the eCheque has cleared.
