- Full name
- Date of purchase
- Name of eBook purchased
- Email address associated with your purchase (if you paid with PayPal, the eBook will be associated with that email address)
- Order number
A copy of the receipt that you received from us will also help us to verify your purchase!
Once you've gathered all the relevant information, please send this through to our Support Team.
Please note: For any purchases made outside of our website (e.g. iBooks, Google Play), you will need to reach out to that retailer for further support.
