If you are having trouble opening the Sweat app there is often a simple explanation!
iOS & Android App
If you are using the Apple iOS App or the Android App, please check the following:
- Ensure you have the latest operating system installed on your device
- You are connected to your cellular data service or have stable Wifi connection
- Ensure you have enough available storage on your device
- Delete, update and reinstall the App to your device from the App Store or Google Play Store

If you are accessing Sweat from our WebApp, please close your browser and refresh your page and, if possible, clear your Internet history and refresh your cache.
We also recommend to:
Ensure you are using the latest version of your browser
Ensure you are using the latest version of your device
Manually reset the device you are using if you updated browser/device
Try accessing you account from an alternative device to ensure this error isn't the result of the device being used
Once you have done this try logging back into your Sweat account.
Keep in mind this could take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account.
