If you are having trouble opening Sweat on your device, there is often a simple explanation!
iOS and Android app
If you are using the Apple iOS app or the Android app, please ensure you have completed the following troubleshooting steps:
- You have the latest operating system installed on your device
- You are connected to a cellular data service, or have a stable Wi-Fi connection
- You have enough available storage on your device
- Delete, update and reinstall the Sweat app to your device from the App Store or Google Play Store
If you are still experiencing issues, we suggest following further troubleshooting steps available within the Apple and Google Support pages.
WebApp
If you are accessing Sweat via WebApp, please close your browser, refresh your page and if possible, clear your internet history and refresh your cache, before attempting to log in again.
We also recommend to:
- Ensure you are using the latest version of your browser
- Ensure you are running the latest operating system on your device
- Manually restart the device you are using by switching off/on
- Try accessing your account from an alternative device to ensure this error isn't the result of the device being used
Keep in mind, any changes can take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account.
If you are still experiencing issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Support Team.

I have the same issue. Nothing on screen when enter. I’ve redownloaded the app, now cannot even login
Same, can’t login and getting different errors each time.
I'm also receiving this error on both the WebApp and the App on my Android.
Faye Xie & Brooke VL & Nathalie Lavoie, We deeply apologise for the errors experienced logging into your Sweat accounts. We experienced a brief outage where some members were unable to temporarily log into the Sweat app. This error was quickly resolved but if you’re still experiencing issues logging in, we recommend force closing your app and reopening to refresh. If you receive an error that your login details are incorrect, please double-check that you are logging in with your correct username and password. If you’re still experiencing any trouble, please send us an email at support@sweat.com so we can assist you with your account.

Hi, I've tried all above tips and this is what I am seeing on different browsers and the app.
I am getting the same error, and have tried all of the above as well, is the app down?
I believe so, I just looked at their instagram and the last post has tons of comments saying same thing. Frustrating.
Is the App down? I can't access it...
@Andrea Ahumada, @Kelly & @Jillian,
We experienced an outage with the Sweat App on the 25th Feb ACDT, and we are so sorry that this affected your ability to get to your workouts. This has now been resolved, and you should be able to access your account. Your ongoing support and patience is greatly appreciated - and please don’t hesitate to DM us if you have any issues.
Hi I can't enter the app. I've done all of the above but it is stuck on the launch screen, even after 15mins. This has been going on for at least a few days for me now. Please help.
Hi Suyesha, I can confirm we are currently assisting you via email to resolve this ASAP💧
I can’t access the workouts on my sweat app. I get the spinning circle for hours and nothing happens. I can access every other part of the app. This has been going on for days. I have tried all of the trouble shooting and nothing works. Please help! I emailed too.
Hi Stefanie, I can see a team member has responded to your email and this has been resolved for you :)
I have not been able to connect to any of the workout videos the past 2 days on both iPhone and desktop. I have followed each of the steps for both iPhone and Desktop. It has to be a bug on SWEAT app.
Hi @Jessie Vanbockel - I have responded to your email and am happy to confirm this issue has been resolved :)
