    Hello! Today was my due date for 7 day trial, i decided to purchase a 3 month supcription but it billed me twice, the monthy 19.99 plus the 3 month. Please refund for the 19.99 asap.

    Did anyone got your money back? Because my subscription was for a year and it cost 120, this year they deducted 120 dollars again. I did not want that.

    I have been buying this app for the last 3 months. However, for the last one I decided to cancel it. It shows me to try a one month free trial. I clicked on it and automatically charged me a month. That’s so unfair and annoying. This app is amazing but these people is playing with you and your money! You don’t do that kind of things to your costumers.

    I purchased a monthly subscription in the App Store and have been charged for a full year. I contacted Apple and they have advised me they cannot refund or correct this. I am really disappointed and angry. Motivation has gone totally. As I cannot afford this and have been left with $80 to live off for the next fortnight.

    Do not purchase this App. We were charged $119.99 twice within 9 days of purchase. Seems like this is a reoccurring problem. Terrible company!!!

    Hi. I dowloaded the app, but i didnt used it yet. After 7 days my paypal paid 19,99 € for the next mounth. why didn't the application ask me if I want to continue using it before deducting money? Im very disappointed. I dont want to use the app. Can i got my money back?

    All subscriptions to SWEAT, including promotions and trials, are recurring. This is mentioned at the time of sign up, prior to payment. However, you are welcome to cancel at any time to avoid charges.

    I purchased a monthly subscription but was charged for a full year. Now i have no money and cant pay my bills. I have unsubscribed and want my full year amount refunded. Im very disappointed. I contacted my bank and they said i must contact the provider for a refund. I cannot afford this, i wont be able to pay all my bills and will have no money left for the rest of the month.

    @Linda Vincent, We responded to your previous ticket in August 2019, were you able to get in touch with Apple Support regarding your refund? While we would have been more than happy to accommodate this for you, unfortunately, Apple has limitations on what we are able to process, and in this instance, all refund requests must be raised and processed by Apple 💧

    Outrageous!! I have sent an email a month ago about HOW I CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE THE TRIAL ENDS. I got this response last month below and NOTHING was done to help with my enquiry. And now? Another month has been taken out FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT whilst my Sweat Subscription is still cancelled!! How is this possible?? I am extremely disappointed in this application and I have only used it once during the free-trial quarantine back in MARCH. I would very much expect a refund on the two months.

    Hi @Dina Amin, I can confirm we responded to your initial email (#313913) on May 8th 2020. It looks like you may have missed our response. Looking into your account I can confirm you have now successfully cancelled within your Apple ID and Apple Support has processed a refund for you. I have also responded to your email (#336640) with more information on your account and refund.
