Sjana’s BAM program uses a principle called progressive overload, which means that you increase the difficulty of your training as your body gets fitter and stronger! Each week, the difficulty of the poses/sequences will increase and the frequency of other training elements (cardio and rehabilitation) will also change throughout.
The workouts can also be completed again, or re-worked to increase or decrease the pace and intensity. This will help to strengthen your practice as well as maintain your fitness, flexibility and progress.
By keeping a regular practice with your fitness - regardless of your program, you will maintain progress - consistency is key!
