We recommend using a yoga block to help reduce the difficulty of poses throughout your practice with Sjana.
In Beginner Weeks 1-4, there are a number of sequences where Sjana will show you how to use a block.
Keep in mind the block is not a tool purely for beginners! The block is there to aid you in your yoga practice regardless of where you are on your journey, beginner or advanced!
Sjana often incorporates a block into her practice and finds it helps with attaining or maintaining proper alignment and is wonderful to use for a gentler approach to your yoga practice.
We also recommend a yoga bolster to increase comfort during your Yin yoga (rehabilitation) sessions and a yoga mat.
