Sjana Earp’s BAM - Body And Mind yoga program incorporates:
- 3-4 resistance workouts based on the “Vinyasa” style of yoga
- 2-4 cardio/Low-Intensity Cardio sessions, and
- 1-2 rehabilitation (active recovery) workouts based on the “Yin” style of yoga.
While the recommendations for how often you complete these will vary throughout the program, we always recommend setting aside one day for complete rest!
The Activity feature within SWEAT will provide a recommended weekly workout plan that will help you to organise your week and plan your sessions.
