Sjana’s BAM - Body And Mind yoga program could be completed by anyone within reason.
Yoga is all about listening to your body and understanding when you need to push and challenge yourself, and when you need to relax and surrender.
Our ability depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to; age, gender, coordination, balance, pregnancy, injury, flexibility, strength.
Keeping this in mind, we also vary in our own right day-to-day depending on other factors, including stress levels, mood, diet, hydration, sleep and even seemingly insignificant things such as how much coffee we have consumed.
In saying this, please keep in mind that this program is designed to cater to a broad community of people and is not a customised program. Therefore, this program may not be suited to everyone.
No one knows your own ability and limitations better than you.
