If you are receiving notice that your subscription has expired and haven't cancelled, there may be a number of other reasons why.
Some possible causes could include a server, function or new update error. To troubleshoot, we suggest following the below steps:
- ensure you are connected to a strong Wi-Fi network, or at minimum a 3G connection
- close, update and reinstall Sweat to your device
- ensure you have the latest operating system currently installed on your device
Your subscription might also appear as expired if your recurring payments are failing to process. Please see our article on how to deal with failed payments if this may be the case.
