After trying a number of different meal plans, Kelsey has found that eating intuitively, listening to her body, focusing on balance, consistency and having everything in moderation has worked best for her.
There are many different nutrition plans that can benefit everyone differently depending on your personal goals; there isn’t one “right” way to nourish your body.
Overall, Kelsey recommends to nourish your body with a balanced diet full of whole foods and allow room for treats on occasion. It’s important to focus on what you are putting into your body and how you are feeling. Always make sure to check in on yourself and think about your needs!
