The Sweat trainer's have each put together a playlist including their favourite workout songs to motivate and drive you through your workout!
To listen to the Sweat trainer's playlists, an active Apple Music subscription is required.
If you do not have an Apple Music subscription, you can listen to the songs/playlists downloaded to your iTunes library.
You can also listen to music in the background while working out with Sweat from other apps!
A siren should sound at the end of your warm-up, after each circuit in your Resistance session, once you have completed the cool-down as well as at the end of your Low Intensity/High Intensity and Recovery workouts.
You will need to ensure you have sounds for the Sweat app enabled in your device settings, as well as within the Sweat app.
Sirens & Alerts can be managed under the Preferences section of any workout.
Within the workout overview tap 'Settings' in the top right hand corner of your screen.
Here you can enable/disable the following settings:
- Trainer Audio - Listen to your favourite trainer while you workout. Available in English only.
- Sirens - Noises that indicate that a circuit or workout is complete.
- Tutorials - Handy tips that explain how to use the app.
- Notifications - To let you know when you are halfway through, or have 5 minutes left of you Cardio workout.
