BBG is designed to be flexible and allow you to set your own weekly routine.
The day and time of day you complete your workouts is completely up to you! Kayla encourages you to learn to integrate the BBG program into your lifestyle and make your workouts work for you and your needs!
Your daily dashboard and weekly planner will list your 5 areas of focus for the week and indicate how many sessions you should complete each week, and will mark these off once completed.
At the end of the week your training week will automatically roll over to the next week.
