Add workout session
To add a workout session to your planner, select the '+' icon on the far right hand side of your screen.
Delete workout session
To remove a workout session from your planner, select the workout you wish to delete. Select 'Delete Activity' at the bottom of your screen.
Create my own weekly calendar
To remove the suggested workout plan and create your own weekly plan, select the far right icon 'Activity'. This is your settings. Disable 'Use Suggested Workout Plan' to remove all suggestions from your calendar.
Move workout session
To alter the day or time of your workout session, select the workout you wish to alter. Select 'Alert' and update the date and time that you wish to complete your session.
Sync to my device calendar
To sync your SWEAT Planner to the calendar on your device, select the far right icon 'Activity'. This is your settings. Enable 'Sync to Calendar' to automatically sync your device calendar with SWEAT.
