Unfortunately Kayla's BBG program is not suitable for women currently pregnant.
We recommend to speak to your healthcare professional regarding safe nutrition and training whilst pregnant.
However, Kayla's BBG program does include post-pregnancy training recommendations that could be helpful post-partum.

No doubt your body has changed a lot over the course of your pregnancy, so make sure you take your time and listen to your body! Ease yourself back into your workouts, starting with low impact exercises.

In regards to nutrition, Kayla's meal plans are not suitable for a breastfeeding mother as you will not receive the recommended nutritional requirements.
We always recommend to chat with your healthcare practitioner about how you're feeling before beginning either of Kayla's training or nutrition programs.
