Can I complete the BBG program whilst pregnant?
Firstly, congratulations on your pregnancy!
We recommend to consult with your local doctor, to ensure you have the best, and most safe advice for your pregnancy first and foremost.
You can check out some BBG modifications on Kayla's Instagram which could be suitable to complete if you have previously been very active prior to pregnancy.
We do not recommend starting a new regime during pregnancy!
Please note - Currently, these modifications are not within the Sweat App, and we do not have a Pregnancy specific workout program. This is something that the team are considering for the future!

Always stay in constant contact with your health care professional and ensure that you follow all of their recommendations and take extra care during your workouts. Eliminate all jumping from exercises.

No doubt your body has changed a lot over the course of your pregnancy, so make sure you take your time and listen to your body! Ease yourself back into your workouts, starting with low impact exercises.

In regards to nutrition, Kayla's meal plans are not suitable for a breastfeeding mother as you will not receive the recommended nutritional requirements.
We always recommend to chat with your healthcare practitioner about how you're feeling before beginning either of Kayla's training or nutrition programs.
Becoming a Mum is incredibly overwhelming with so many changes, so give yourself some credit and take your time!
We are unable to give you a 'yes' or 'no' as to whether you can complete the BBG program with your Diastasis Recti.
We can only suggest that you consult with your health are professional before beginning the BBG program to ensure the abdominal exercises will be beneficial for you.
