The information within Kayla's BBG meal plans have been written to meet the nutritional needs of women aged 16-25.
This does not mean the guide is limited to the suggested target age; we've had women in their late 60's that have had great success with the BBG program!
The same information can overlap and still be suitable for many women outside of the suggested age range.
We recommend acknowledging your limits, listening to your body and making modifications to suit your capabilities.
The meal plans have been designed to meet the macronutrient (protein, carbohydrate and fat) needs of women trying to lose weight/fat.
The only difference for women outside the specified range is, that as we age we have differing requirements for micronutrients (vitamins and minerals).
As specified in the Education section of the H.E.L.P Nutrition Guides and SWEAT App, if you are over the targeted age this would be a situation where we would recommend you take a multivitamin to bridge any gaps in your micronutrient intake.
However, we recommend you speak to your healthcare professional prior to beginning any diet plan to ensure you will be able to make these modifications.
