Sweat’s exercise programs cater to women of all fitness levels and ages. Many programs are high in intensity though and involve a mix of beginner through to advanced exercises, so we urge members to select a program that is right for them, go at their own pace and seek advice from a healthcare professional if they’re at all unsure.
If you are wanting to get started on your health and fitness journey with Sweat, we recommend acknowledging your limits, listening to your body and making modifications to suit your capabilities.
In regards to the meal plan, these are based on a balanced diet incorporating the six main food groups (Fruits, Vegetables, Grains, Protein Foods, and Dairy). We recommend fueling your body with a balanced diet full of nutritious and wholesome foods to help you feel your best.
Of course everyone’s nutritional needs are also different. So just like with your exercise program, if you have any concerns or underlying health conditions we recommend consulting a healthcare professional prior to making changes to your diet (macros, micros, calories, anything!). They will help you make the best modification to suit your needs.
