After purchasing your eGuide, please allow up to 24 hours to receive your confirmation email.
If you have not received your confirmation email and/or payment receipt, it could be due to the following reasons:
- PayPal: If you have purchased your eGuide with PayPal, your purchase may now be associated with your PayPal email address and confirmation emails will be sent to that particular email address.
- Spam/Junk Folder: At time of purchase, an incorrect email address may have been used; if this is the case please reach out to our Support Team.
- eCheque: If you have paid with an eCheque with PayPal, it can take between 3-5 business days for this to clear. You will then receive your email confirmation shortly after the eCheque has been cleared.
