    Hello! This is great! Though it would be beneficial if there was an option to change the first day of the week. My work week commences on a Thursday and my weekends are Tuesday and Wednesday.

    It would be great to see a feature where you can track the amount of weight you’re lifting!

    Hey Katherine,

    While we are currently unable to go back in the workout, we are able to pause the workout and skip circuits. Going back is a feature we'd love to include in future updates, as we continue to improve the app 😊

    Hi @Brittany,

    In one of our newest programs, BUILD 1.0, members can log the weight they used for each exercise! 

    We'd love to extend this feature to all our programs in the future, and recommend to stay tuned to the Sweat Forum to see when new features are released 💪🏼

    I love the app, I dislike how you can stop, skip. or go back from your work outs. I have to start over.
